ISHMEAL, AJANEE "SYLVIA"

     Suddenly, on February 12, 2023, Ajanee "Sylvia" Ishmeal (nee Balram), beloved wife of the late Wilson Ishmeal, devoted mother of Mala Balram Slowe (Jerry Singh), Marlene Ishmeal (Chris Deoki), Roger Ishmael (Parbatee Ishmael), Rennie Ishmael (Chandra), and Linda Ishmael-Hosein (Bob Hosein), loving grandmother of Stephanie, Saria and Mahlina, dearest sister of Leela  Sugrim (Anita), Jasodra Deoki (Coco), Phulmatee Balram, Lallal (Pamela) Lutchman Balram, Bissondayee Donawa, and Bobby Balram. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other family and friends.

     The family will receive guests at the funeral home on Friday, February 17, 2023 from 5 - 8 p.m., where a funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday at 9 a.m. Interment is private.
