DORSEY, ARLENE E.
On June 29, 2023, Arlene E. Dorsey, beloved wife of Larry N. Dorsey, devoted mother of Larry Hall (Tammy), Bob Hall (Penny), Ray Wilson (Wendy), the late Barry Hall (Lori), the late Jerry Hall (Marie), loving grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, dearest sister of Bobbie Holley, the late Gerald Couch, the late Shirley Custis and the late Donald Couch. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other loving family members and a host of friends. She was an avid animal lover, leaving behind her cherished dog, Fonta. She was an accomplished musician , stemming from a musically inclined family who focused their instrumental talents on the genres of Country and early Gospel Christian. She had an acute eye for the Arts, with a flair for making ceramics and creating flower arrangements. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her and loved her.
A service will be held on July 10, 2023 at 1 p.m. in the Chapel at Garrison Forest Veteran's Cemetery. Interment will commence within cemetery after service. All those planning to attend this service, should meet directly at the cemetery.
