     On December 9, 2020, Carl K. Brown, beloved husband of Mary F. Brown,devoted father of Joseph Evans (Karen), Sonny Downey (Michelle), Richard Downey (Gloria), Mark Brown, Cindy Rehak (Bob), Norma Herring (Kenny Klima), Tracey Brown (Rose), Michael Brown, and Patricia Martin (Dennis, Sr.). He was predeceased by son, Scott Brown and his parents, Carl and Agnes Brown. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as a host of loving family members and friends.
     The family will receive guests on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at the funeral home from 2 - 6 p.m., where a funeral service will be celebrated at 5:30 p.m. Interment will take place in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens on Monday, December 21, 2020 at 1 p.m. A procession will leave from the funeral home at 12 p.m. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the gathering capacity is 30 people at any given time. All guests in attendance are required to wear masks, and the mask must cover both nose and mouth while in and about the funeral home and cemetery. Proper social distancing practices are also required.
