     Suddenly, on August 7, 2025, Catherine Pelekakis, beloved mother of Robert Pelekakis and his wife, Maria, devoted Yia Yia of Elena and Cole, loving sister of Nicholas Pelekakis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other loving family and friends.

     The family will receive guests at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Services will be celebrated on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 10 a.m. at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 520 South Ponca Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21224. Interment will follow in Greek Orthodox Cemetery in Woodlawn, MD. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made in Cathy's memory to the St. Nicholas Ladies of the Philoptochos Society, C/O St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church at the above mentioned address. The family is most grateful to this Society for all of their charitable extension of love during this most difficult time. They also wish to thank all of those individuals who have selflessly made donations to help make this funeral possible.
