AVGERINOS, DIMITRIOS "JIMMY"
On September 19, 2019, Dimitrios "Jimmy" Avgerinos, beloved husband of Despina Avgerinos, devoted father of George Avgerinos and his wife, Phaedra, and Paraskevi Luebben and her husband, Scott, loving grandfather of Dimitri, Ava, Tsambika, Athena, and Kosma, dearest brother of Barbara Kyriakaki and her husband, Dimitri, Vasilios Avgerinos and his wife, Sophia, Maria Kornias and her husband, George, and Yianni Avgerinos. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and a host of other family members and friends.
The family will receive guests on Sunday, September 22, 2019 from 3 - 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be celebrated on Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 520 South Ponca Street, Baltimore, MD 21224. Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to either the American Heart Association, The Diabetes Association or St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church.
