HIGHCOVE, JOAN
On December 25, 2020, Joan Flint Highcove, retired insurance broker, died from complications of dementia. Born in Fairport, Virginia, Joan was the youngest remaining and last of 8 children born to Walter L. and Nesta T. Flint. Joan moved to Baltimore in the late 1950's and lived in the area for the rest of her life. She is survived by her son, Dean Highcove (Pat), grandchildren, Matthew Highcove (Laura), Adam Highcove (Nicole), Kelsey de Borja (Peter), Christopher Kalinowski (Kellie), Jessica Kalinowski, her ten month old great-granddaughter, Lydia Rose de Borja, and her caring and loving nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Stella Maris, 2300 Dulaney Valley Road, Timonium, MD 21093.
