Leah Kaminkow Brengle, born on May 14, 1947 Dundalk, Maryland passed away peacefully on January 7, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Brengle (Bob), her parents Harry and Frances (Smith) Kaminkow, her sister Nancy and her brothers Daniel and Max Kaminkow.
Leah was well known for her spirited nature and her contagious laugh. She was a 1965 graduate of Patapsco High School and attended classes at the Community College of Baltimore County-Dundalk. She was proud to be a licensed cosmetologist as well as worked many years in medical billing and served as an Election Judge in her community; it was a civic duty she held dear to her heart. Leah was talented, creative, and a trend-setter when it came to style. She always kept her fashion style and home décor elegant, classy, and was ahead of the curve. She enjoyed gardening and was very proud of her azaleas and dogwood tree in the home she shared with her husband.
She is survived by her children Kimberly Brengle Hartley and her husband, Michael, Max Brengle and his fiancée Wendy Forbes, as well as her sister Robyn (Kaminkow) Dupont, her beloved grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and other family members and friends.
Interment will be attended by family and close friends at the Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens on Friday, January 24, 2025 at 11 a.m., where she will be laid to rest with her husband, Bob.
