Maria D (Stavrou) Kornias

KORNIAS, MARIA 

     On July 19, 2023, Maria Kornias (nee Stavrou), beloved wife of the late Demetrios Kornias, devoted mother of Sylvia Frangiadakis, Christos Kornias and his wife, Irene, and Paraskevi Klosteridis and her husband, Spiro. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, many other loving family members and a host of friends.

     A visitation will be held on Monday, July 24, 2023 from 10:15 a.m. - 11 a.m. at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 520 S. Ponca Street, Baltimore, MD 21224, where a funeral service will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions in Maria's name to St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church.
