SCHAEFFER, MELVIN LEONARD

     On January 11, 2021, Melvin L. Schaeffer, beloved husband of the late Rebecca Jane Schaeffer, devoted father of the late Butch Schaeffer and his surviving wife, Eloise Schaeffer, loving grandfather of Sharon Schaeffer, Jeremiah Schaeffer and Daniel Schaeffer, and his wife Chloe. He is survived by many great-grandchildren, He is the cherished  uncle of Jeannie Radar, Debbie Poole, Ronald Schaeffer (Dawn), Sam Poole (Deb), Michelle Schaeffer, Nancy Williams (Buck), Jeannie Williams (Ray), Ronnie Watts (Sharon), and Gary Watts, dearest great-uncle to Josh Poole, Joey Williams and Vicky Williams. He is also survived by many other loving family members and friends, especially dear friend, Lee Linebarger and the late, Sonny.

    Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Brooklyn, MD.
