Percell Locklear

On July 16, 2019,  Percell Locklear, beloved husband of Beulah Locklear, devoted father of Judy Hunt, Dennis Locklear, Cathy Waszelewski, Gary Locklear, Mark Locklear, Starlene Buhrman, Rhonda Mills and the late Percell Locklear, Jr., the late Ricky Campbell and the late Michael Locklear.
He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Dearest brother of Mary Jacobs, Claire Locklear, David Locklear, Betty Hayes, the late Grady Locklear, the late Ruth Thompson, the late Frank Locklear, the late James Earl Locklear, the late Roy Locklear and the late Luther Locklear, Jr.
    The family will receive guests at the funeral home on Saturday, July 20, 2019, from 2 to 5 p.m.  Interment is private.
