     On February 9, 2015, Stella McVey Riggs, beloved wife of the late Everett McVey and the late Robert Riggs, devoted mother of Everett McVey, Jr. and his wife, Charlotte, and Robert Michael Riggs and his wife, Emma, loving grandmother of Michele Barna and her husband, Mark, Robert Scott Riggs and his wife, Michele, and Wendy Marcellino and her husband, Randy, dearest great-grandmother of Mikee, Megan, Justin, Jake, Sarah, Heather, Jenna, Jessica, and Sammy, cherished great-great-grandmother of Jordyn, Jace and Ava.
     The family will receive friends on Friday, February 13, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the funeral home, where services will be held at 12 p.m. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may memorial contributions to Watersedge Baptist Church, 3483 Liberty Parkway, Dundalk, MD 21222.
